Pre-Cleanse - first 2 days (reduce processed food, coffee, alcohol)
Cleanse - 3 or 5 days (juicing phase - eat a clean dinner if you are enjoying 3 juices per day)
Post Cleanse - Days 4 depending on your cleanse (eat mainly salads and fruit, reintroduce fish or chicken the third day)
Includes 1 workshop, 2 Zumba classes, and daily email support. Additional personal support from one of our health coaches is available also.
